Appliance Installation Warranty
At Pro Line Appliance Installation, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
We stand by our work and, therefore, offer the following warranty on our installation services:
The original purchaser of Pro Line Appliance installation services is covered by this warranty. This warranty is non-transferable.
Length of Coverage
This limited warranty is valid from the date of completion of installation up to one year.
We warrant our installation services will be free of defects in workmanship and performed pursuant to industry standards and manufacturer’s installation instructions.
What’s Not Covered
Manufacturer Defect or Deformity: Deviations from design specifications during production resulting in a product’s defect, frailty, or shortcoming are not covered.
Other Site and Environmental Conditions: Defects or damages resulting from extreme indoor conditions (such as extreme heat or excessive moisture), improper maintenance and accidents; failure to follow instructions provided by Installation Technicians or manufacturer, misuse and abuse; problems found to be caused by not following care instructions, alterations performed by someone other than Pro Line Appliance Installation or use of materials not provided by Pro Line Appliance Installation are not covered.
Special and Unconventional Installations: Installations and/or installation methods performed at your request against the advice of Pro Line Appliance Installation are not covered.
Special, Indirect or Consequential Damages: Losses, damages or expenses relating to anything other than the installation work itself is not covered. For example, personal damages/costs that may arise while pursuing a quality issue, such as missed time from work, hotel stays, storage fees, kennel costs for pets, etc. are not covered.
What We Will Do
If any portion of your installation should fail with respect to this warranty, we will arrange to repair the improperly installed portion. Repair is the sole remedy under this warranty.
Repair or replacement does not renew or extend the terms of this warranty; warranty on the repair expires one year from the date of the initial installation or 45 days from the date of repair, whichever is later. The repair will be performed and/or coordinated by Pro Line Appliance Installation during regular business hours.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, NOR WILL OUR LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE INSTALLATION OF YOUR APPLIANCES EXCEED THE TOTAL SUM PAID BY YOU FOR THE INSTALLATION SERVICES AT ISSUE.
Your Rights: The terms above represent the sole and exclusive warranty with regard to your installation services.
WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT THAT ANY SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT BE VALIDLY DISCLAIMED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. We maintain the exclusive right to alter the obligations and limitations of this warranty. This warranty does not restrict or limit the right of Pro Line Appliance to bring action against you for non-payment.
